Refund policy

Please note that all sales of digital products are final. Once you have received a download link, no refunds will be granted.

Defective or non-working files
If you experience issues with the file or find that it is defective, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving the download link. Contact us at contact@itseriksen.com and provide proof of purchase, as well as details of the problem. We will work to provide you with a functioning file as soon as possible.

No refunds for functional files
As long as we are able to supply you with a working version of the file, you will not be eligible for a refund. Our priority is to ensure you receive a product that meets your expectations.
